O App Aurélio Digital traz todo o conteúdo da 5ª edição da consagrada obra de Aurélio Buarque de Holanda Ferreira, o Dicionário Aurélio da Língua Portuguesa, que conta com mais de 435.000 verbetes, definições e locuções.
Com palavras, significados e expressões que refletem a nossa época, em vocábulos de diversas áreas do conhecimento e de níveis e registros diferentes, esse dicionário conta com a indicação das 3.000 palavras mais frequentes na língua escrita contemporânea, contadas e selecionadas em um acervo de mais de 5 milhões de ocorrências.
Revisado conforme a nova ortografia, a obra apresenta símbolos que permitem a rápida identificação das alterações e notas, assim como achegas que apontam os casos controversos.
O design deste aplicativo foi pensado para proporcionar uma boa experiência de navegabilidade ao usuário, que poderá usufruir do conteúdo mesmo sem conexão à internet, após o download de dados no primeiro acesso on-line.
Este aplicativo permite, ainda:
• consulta por voz, por meio de pesquisa digitada no campo “Busca” e, também, por meio de clique sob as palavras dos textos dos verbetes;
• pesquisa direcionada, com a utilização de variadas categorias de filtros como: adjetivo, advérbio, artigo, conjunção, elemento de composição, interjeição, numeral, prefixo, preposição, pronome, substantivo, sufixo, verbo, gírias, estrangeiras, entre outras;
• consulta rápida a qualquer verbete de A a Z;
• consulta à conjugação completa de verbos, usando a forma infinitiva ou formas flexionadas;
• consulta ao histórico de pesquisas recentes e aos verbetes favoritos;
• consulta às regras de acentuação, hifenização e grafia do Acordo Ortográfico de 1990;
• acesso à área Palavra do Dia e à área Publicações, com uma listagem de posts sobre o mundo da lexicografia, do autor da obra, da utilização da obra em sala de aula, etc.

The Aurélio Digital App brings all the contents of the 5th edition of Aurélio Buarque de Holanda Ferreira's renowned work, the Aurélio Dictionary of the Portuguese Language, which has over 435,000 entries, definitions and phrases.
With words, meanings and expressions that reflect our time, in words from different fields of knowledge and from different levels and registers, this dictionary has the indication of the 3,000 most frequent words in the contemporary written language, counted and selected from a collection of more of 5 million occurrences.
Revised according to the new spelling, the work presents symbols that allow the quick identification of changes and notes, as well as points that point to controversial cases.
The design of this application was designed to provide a good browsing experience to the user, who can enjoy the content even without internet connection, after downloading data on the first online access.
This app also allows:
• consultation by voice, through search typed in the field “Search” and also by clicking under the words of the text of the entries;
• targeted research, using various filter categories such as: adjective, adverb, article, conjunction, composition element, interjection, numeral, prefix, preposition, pronoun, noun, suffix, verb, slang, foreign, among others;
• quick reference to any entry from A to Z;
• query for complete verb conjugation using infinitive form or inflected forms;
• look at recent search history and favorite entries;
• consultation with the accent, hyphenation and spelling rules of the 1990 Orthographic Agreement;
• access to the Word of the Day area and the Publications area, with a listing of posts about the world of lexicography, the author of the work, the use of the work in the classroom, etc.
