Connect SUS is the official mobile platform of the Ministry of Health. Functionalities: • Access the results of exams performed by any laboratory in the national territory integrated to the RNDS for the detection of Covid-19; • See your vaccination history in the Digital Vaccination Card; *At the moment, Connect SUS only presents data related to vaccination against Covid-19, specifying the date of application, the name of the vaccine, the batch, the health establishment and the code of the vaccinator. Gradually, other vaccines administered by SUS will be made available. • Issue the Covid-19 National Vaccination Certificate in the palm of your hand. After the two doses of the vaccine (or the single dose) are registered by the states or municipalities in the RNDS¹, it is possible to issue the certificate in pdf in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
