Changes 1.85.1 : v 1.8 Added codes for Maryland updated outdated libraries
v 1.71 Added a drop-down to change to searching some Toronto police codes. Always working to add more and clean. Cleaned up Arizona codes and added some more codes to Arizona.
v 1.6 added some additional codes to the database
v 1.5 added support for multi-window on Samsung devices that support multi window.
v 1.4 - cleaned up the dictionary of codes. fixed minor bug.
