You can try to change the hydration following your experience.
If you want more control on all parameters and you want to try to do pizza with several characteristics, chose the personalized recipe. You can customize the recipe using several inputs like salt, hydration, duration, temperature, and oil.
Pizzapp will calculate automatically the recipes. The formula is the result of personal experience and a hobbyists study of more people.

If you do not want a pizza for pizza oven to try to make a pizza pan, even with your home oven. Enter the number of your guests and the weight of a single serving and get the recipe for a pizza in a pan with no long rising dough.
