Weekly checkins- the weekly and daily checkins help me to track and keep track of any issues or progress that has happened during weeks without having to formally message or contact you.
Accountability- along with the weekly checkins to keep you accountable the App also logs every result you put in during workouts, every rep, set or exercise you miss, every checkin or anything that I have scheduled for you during the week if it is missed or recorded I will see this.
Email/Messages/Reminders- I can message you via the App through multiple platforms and you can also message back through the App If you have questions or queries.
