Enter price 100 and click +5%:

2. Price is $100 with 12% discount and 5% tax
100-12%=88.00
88.00+5%=92.40

3. Price is $100 with 12% discount plus additional 5% discount and 5% tax
100-12%=88.00
88.00-5%=83.60
83.60+5%=87.78
