Changes On 5.62 : We've received a number of requests around nutrition recently, including the ability to track zinc and other micronutrients related to immune system support. This release includes:

- The ability to set custom nutrient targets in great detail. You can find this in "Custom Nutrient Targets" found in the Nutrition tab's menu.

- New visuals in food search to identify foods with deep, pre-vetted nutritional profiles that support micronutrients beyond the standard calories and macronutrients
