Once added to a project by casting, quickly create your account right from your phone or tablet.

Easily edit information
Whether your billing address has changed or you want to upload a photo of the vintage car you just bought, you can update your profile from anywhere to reflect what you want casting and accounting to know.

Securely fill out paper
Instead of filling out stacks of paperwork on set, fill out your digital start work as soon as you have been added to a new project. You will arrive on set prepared, with the assurance that your personal information is with only the authorized crew members and not floating around the set.

Conveniently review timecards
When your workday is complete, receive your digital timecard to review directly on your phone or tablet. You can sign and approve it in-app, or dispute it if any corrections are needed. Once it is approved, your information will be securely sent to payroll.

Secure, reliable payment
Because Everyset has eliminated the piles of paperwork and manual processing that most productions deal with, we help you get paid for your work faster. Digital paperwork is securely sent to payroll companies once work is done, removing the risk of personal information floating around.
