It has a widget to enable / disable the service from the home screen of your phone.

Note: You must have installed a text to speech application and language data to use (usually new phones already have this application)

Enable application when entering the car and disable it when descending.

Configure:
If you want that the application answers automatically the incoming calls.
If you want that the application answers the incoming calls while there is a call in progress.
If you want that the application picks up or rejects the incoming calls from unknown numbers.
