CITRA Kuwait mobile app will empower telecom consumers in Kuwait.
This app was specifically developed as a tool for consumers to provide their complaints and inquiries about telecommunication services in Kuwait directly through CITRA. The data collected within the app will help CITRA to work with the service providers and improve the quality of services in the state of Kuwait.
