The ConsultantPlus application contains legal information (codes, laws), judicial practice, consultations, as well as modern textbooks on law, finance, economics and accounting. With this information, study and preparation for the session, writing term papers and theses will become easier.

"ConsultantPlus: Student" is:

• The Constitution of the Russian Federation, all codes of the Russian Federation, the main legal acts of the Russian Federation and the USSR;
• international legal acts;
• arbitrage practice;
• materials from popular Guides ConsultantPlus;
• financial advice;
• articles from the legal and accounting press;
• modern textbooks (by industry: law, finance and economics, accounting).

Any document or part of it can be bookmarked. Bookmarked documents are saved in the Favorites section. They are available without the Internet, so that the right code, law or textbook will always be at hand.

Use Quick Search. Just enter a question, concept, or describe a problem in the search box, as in an Internet search engine (for example, “how to renew a fixed-term employment contract”, “audit” or “ownership”), and the application will select documents with answers and solutions. The search understands such colloquial words and generally accepted abbreviations as “accounting” or “personal income tax”. For example, the query "VAT with simplification" will find documents that contain the words "VAT", "STS", as well as "value added tax", "simplified taxation system" in all case forms. To find a specific document, simply enter its name: "44 FZ", "budget", "family" or "land code" - and it will be the first in the list of found ones. Facilitates the work with the application, the ability to use abbreviations: UK, NK, GK, Administrative Code, CPC, Code of Criminal Procedure, TK, Criminal Code of the Russian Federation 2021, Civil Code of the Russian Federation 2022, etc.

An advanced search will help you find documents by known details (date of adoption of legal acts, adopting body, etc.).

Navigating large documents (such as the Civil, Criminal or Tax Code) will help the table of contents and search in the text of the document. Each document is accompanied by a reference: even a novice lawyer or accountant can easily clarify the features and procedure for its application, the period of validity of the current version.

The texts of legal acts are available in any edition and even with changes that have not entered into force. Using the i button in the margins, you can get clarifications (additional documents) to a paragraph or article of a document.
