Accounting for labeling and series of goods. 1C: Storekeeper - an application for organizing additional jobs: - on the collection of orders of buyers when transferring to delivery - for the acceptance and shipment of goods in the back rooms - to carry out an inventory of a sales area in shops of a small area Appendix 1C: The storekeeper will be useful to enterprises selling products subject to mandatory labeling, as well as keeping records by serial numbers of goods. In the cases described, acceptance, shipment, inventory of goods necessarily require scanning of brands or barcodes of goods. 1C: Storekeeper is not positioned as an application for use in large warehouses with targeted storage of goods. The application can be used in rooms with unstable communication. At the moment, the application works with the program "1C: Management of our company" version 1.6.25 and "1C: Retail" starting from version 2.3.3. It is planned to expand the list of typical configurations of the 1C: Enterprise 8 system working with the 1C: Storekeeper application: • "ERP Enterprise Management 2"; • "Trade Management", ed. eleven; • "Complex Automation", ed. 2; • "Enterprise Accounting", ed. 3. How do I use the app? The storekeeper loads from the accounting program and accepts for execution the documents drawn up by the managers: • "Receipt from supplier", • "Return to supplier", • "Moving goods", • "Recalculation of goods" or "Inventory counting", • "Customer order". When processing the document, the storekeeper scans the bar codes of the received / shipped goods and fixes the actual quantity. For labeled products, it is possible to scan individual product brands that are saved in the document. The worked out and supplemented documents are transferred back to the product accounting program. To exchange with the product accounting program, you need to connect your mobile device to the Internet. When processing documents, scanning goods, the storekeeper can work autonomously. Setting up the application is simplified as much as possible - in particular, to set up data exchange, it is enough to scan the QR code generated in the control program. Data exchange is possible both with the local versions of the program "1C: Management of our company" and "1C: Retail", and with the one located in the cloud: https://1cfresh.com/. To ensure data exchange with the "box" version in the latter, it is necessary to publish the data exchange web service and provide access to the service. You can use the camera of your mobile device to scan the codes or use the scanner built into the data collection terminal. You can also connect a scanner that supports Bluetooth and operates in keyboard mode. 1С:Кладовщик - приложение для организации дополнительных рабочих мест:
- по сборке заказов покупателей при передаче в доставку
- по приемке и отгрузке товаров в подсобных помещениях
- для проведения инвентаризации торгового зала в магазинах небольшой площади
Приложение 1С:Кладовщик будет полезно предприятиям, торгующим продукцией, подлежащей обязательной маркировке, а также ведущим учет по серийным номерам товаров. В описанных случаях приемка, отгрузка, инвентаризация товаров обязательно требуют сканирования марок или штрихкодов товаров.
1С:Кладовщик не позиционируется как приложение для использования на больших складах с адресным хранением товаров.
Приложение можно использовать в помещениях с неустойчивой связью.
На текущий момент приложение работает с программой "1С:Управление нашей фирмой" версии 1.6.25 и "1С:Розница" начиная с версии 2.3.3. Планируется расширение списка типовых конфигураций системы "1С:Предприятие 8", работающих с приложением "1С:Кладовщик":
• "ERP Управление предприятием 2";
• "Управление торговлей", ред. 11;
• "Комплексная автоматизация", ред. 2;
• "Бухгалтерия предприятия", ред. 3.
Как использовать приложение?
Кладовщик загружает из учетной программы и принимает к исполнению оформленные менеджерами документы:
• "Поступление от поставщика",
• "Возврат поставщику",
• "Перемещение товаров",
• "Пересчет товаров" или "Инвентаризация запасов",
• "Заказ клиента".
Отрабатывая документ, кладовщик сканирует штриховые коды полученных/отгружаемых товаров и фиксирует фактическое количество. Для маркированной продукции предоставляется возможность сканировать индивидуальные марки продукции, которые сохраняются в документе.
Отработанные и дозаполненные документы передаются обратно в товароучетную программу.
Для обмена с товароучетной программой требуется подключение мобильного устройства к Интернету. При отработке документов, сканируя товары, кладовщик может работать автономно.
Настройка приложения максимально упрощена – в частности, для настройки обмена данными достаточно отсканировать QR-код, сформированный в управляющей программе.
Обмен данными возможен как с локальными версиями программы "1С:Управление нашей фирмой" и "1С:Розница", так и с размещенной в облаке: https://1cfresh.com/. Для обеспечения обмена данными с "коробочной" версией в последней необходимы публикация веб-сервиса обмена данными и обеспечение доступа к сервису.
Для сканирования кодов можно пользоваться камерой мобильного устройства или использовать сканер, встроенный в терминал сбора данных. Можно также подключить сканер, поддерживающий интерфейс Bluetooth и работающий в режиме клавиатуры.
