With the app "My LWB" you can search around the clock quite comfortably, whether at home or on the move, your new apartment or contact us as a tenant. Are you looking for a flat? When looking for a flat, various filters and search functions help you. You will be shown all relevant data of the apartments, floor plans, pictures and exposees. Or are you looking for a commercial property or do you need a parking space? These search options are also available in our app. You are already tenant of the LWF? With the app, you as a tenant after the completed registration z. For example, report a claim, view your contract details, or change your personal tenant information. As LWB we are committed to the best possible protection of your tenant data. Therefore, as a renter for the full use and for this part of the app you need an activation code, which we will gladly send you by post.

Bei der Wohnungssuche helfen Ihnen verschiedene Filter und Suchfunktionen. Angezeigt werden Ihnen alle relevanten Daten der Wohnungen, Grundrisse, Bilder und Exposees. Oder sind Sie auf der Suche nach einem Gewerbeobjekt oder benötigen Sie einen Stellplatz? Auch diese Suchmöglichkeiten sind in unserer App verfügbar.
Sie sind bereits Mieter der LWB?
Mit der App können Sie als Mieter nach der abgeschlossenen Registrierung z. B. einen Schaden melden, Ihre Vertragsdaten einsehen oder Ihre persönlichen Mieterdaten ändern. Als LWB sind wir zum bestmöglichen Schutz Ihrer Mieterdaten verpflichtet. Daher benötigen Sie als Mieter für die vollumfängliche Nutzung und für diesen Teil der App einen Freischaltcode, den wir Ihnen gern per Post zusenden.
