The institution was duly registered on January 26, 1944. Since the foundation of the organization, the institution is continuously contributing in the social and cultural activities of Raipur. The enthusiastic chairmen and executive members of the organization adopted the programs from the very beginning which were social, entertainment as well as educational. This is the reason that the people of Raipur always interested in the programs of the Mandal and made them popular. Various competitions of public debates, scholarly speeches, lecture competitions and sports jumps were organized in which participants of the town's scholarly speakers, promising students and all the ages participated actively. .

संस्था के उत्साही अध्यक्षों एवं कार्यकारिणी के सदस्यों ने प्रारंभ से ही ऐसे कार्यक्रमों को अपनाया जो सामाजिक, मनोरंजन के साथ ही साथ शैक्षणिक भी होते थे | यही कारण है की मंडल के कार्यक्रमों में रायपुर की जनता ने सदैव रुची ली और इन्हें लोकप्रिय बनाया | नागरिक वादविवाद, विद्वानों के भाषण, व्याख्यान प्रतियोगिताये एवं खेल कूद की विभिन्न स्पर्धाये आयोजित की जाती रहीं जिनमे नगर के विद्वान वक्ताओं , होनहार छात्रों और सभी आयु के खिलाड़ियों ने सक्रिय भाग लिया |
