1. We're back to our old very super mega aggressive doze timings for non-rooted users. It's back to just a couple seconds depending on how long it goes through its motion sensing, location sensing and idle_pending checks, but it's generally just a couple seconds!
2. Updated all the libs because moar updates is always better
