★ User chooses for which sessions to be notified about

★ Notifications with optional vibration and sound

★ User chooses the time for each notification:

- 1 hour before the selected session,

- 30 minutes,

- 20 minutes,

- 10 minutes,

- 5 minutes before,

or immediately upon the beginning of the session

★ Customizable countdown to a chosen session

★ Very simple interface
