Wifi Walkie Talkie enable radio communication using a local wifi network beetween any number of users.
Simply start the application the paring is automatic. Press the "Push To Talk" button to transmit and release the button to finish transmit.

If any wifi hotspot is not available you can setup a mobile access point on one device and connect all other devices to this access point.
