Lunar app is the ultimate Moon companion.

Lunar app will let you see the current moon conditions and lots of other information about the moon on any given date.

Lunar app visually allows you to see the current phase of the moon, along with other facts.

It is the true astronomers friend, including the following details about any date: Moons age from new, % Illumination, Distance from earth, Ecliptic latitude, Ecliptic longitude, moon rise, moon set, and Perigee Apogee tables.

The astrologists out there will be happy to see the Zodiac signs of the moon are also in here.

A calendar is included, when you tap a date, it will bring up more information for that date.

Lunar app also has included an extensive help, reference, learning section. This will get anyone interested a good start.

Knowing the current phase of the moon can be helpful for surfing, fishing, hunting, gardening, stock buying, moon photography, and of course astronomy.


How to use:

Everything should be fairly self explanatory.

Look at the 'Current' tab to see the current Moon information.

The picture at the bottom will indicate, with the arrow and crescent, if the moon is growing or shrinking.

If you tap this picture at the bottom you can see even more information about the current moon.

The small arrows on ether side of the Moon will let you move forward or backward, day by day.

If you tap the calendar tab, you can see the calendar, with Moon phases.

Tap each day for more info on that day.
