Changes 4.1.3 : Here at Kitman Labs we are constantly looking for ways to improve our apps, and you can expect every new update to include bug fixes and performance enhancements. We have added the following new features and improvements:

* Updated the forms area to show each item you have been assigned

* Tapping notifications will now take you directly to the appropriate form

APK Description:

The Athlete app enables you to input information directly into the Kitman Labs Athlete Optimization system. Your coaching staff can request information about the workload you are performing and gather information about your general well-being or other relevant topics such as your recovery from injury or your reflections on a performance.

There are three main tasks you can perform using the app:

• Respond to RPE requests sent by the coaching staff
• Complete forms assigned to you that day
• Provide information on any individual training sessions you have completed

Please note that Athlete is currently only available by members of sporting organisations that use the Kitman Labs Athlete Optimization System.
