في الوقت الحالي وبسبب مشاغل الحياة لا يستطيع بعض الآباء زيارة المدرسة التي يدرس فيها أبناؤهم ليطمئنوا عليهم ويسألوا المعلمين عن مشاكل أبنائهم ، في أفضل الأحوال يسأل الوالد ابنه كيف كانت المدرسة اليوم ولا يعمل هل كان صادقا معه ام كانت كذبة من الخوف من العقاب او ما شابه .
**طبيقنا يسهل عملية التواصل بين ولي الأمـر والمعلمين ،ويضمن لولي أمـر الطالب حصوله على كل معلومات الطالب ​

أولا بأول ، ومن هذه المعلومات : ​

استطلاع غيابات الطالب .​

يستطيع ولي الأمـر إرسال أعذار الغياب لمربي الصف بواسطة التطبيق .​

يوفر علامات الطالب في الامتحانات الشهرية والامتحانات النهائية لكافة المواد الدراسية .​

يقوم مربي الصف بإرسال أي ملاحظات لولي الأمـر .​

يستطيع ولي الأمـر أن يرسل ملاحظات أو استفسارات لأي من معلمي المدرسة و المدير ، وفي حال عدم الإستجابة يستطيع ولي الأمـر إعادة توجيه الرسالة الى مدير المديرية .​

كما يوفر التطبيق زاويه لأولياء امور الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة حيث تم اضافه خاصيه التسجيل الصوتي للملاحظة عوضاً عن الكتابة وتم اتاحة هذه الخاصية ايضا للجميع .​​

التطبيق يدعم اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بشكل كامل .​

جميع جداول قواعد البيانات تم تصميمها كما هي معمول بها في وزارة التربية والتعليم ..​

تسجيل الدخول للمستخدمين :​

ولي الأمر : أول مرة عن طريق ادخال الرقم الوطني وكلمة السر هي الرقم الوطني ،ثم تظهر له صفحة تغيير كلمة المرور (اجباري) .​

المعلم والمدير : يسجل دخوله عن طريق الرقم الوطني و الرقم السري المستخدم ​
في Open-EMIS . ​

أما مدير المديرية أو المسؤول : فيتم تعين كلمة المرور له من جداول قواعد البيانات مباشرة .​
