OLX Nigeria: Sell and Buy 3.6.2

Changes On 3.6.2 : We've made a few tweaks to make OLX even quicker to use.
Here's what we did:
+ Updated the Post Ad Flow, so that it is quicker and easier for users
+ Created a new banner for specials on OLX
+ Fixed a banner bug
+ Made it quicker to communicate with Posters via a 'Make an Offer' button
+ Updated the interface to show a 'Sell it' button
+ Fixed bugs that affected around 50% of OLX Users
