Changes On 5.60.build62 : 1. WinRAR and Android RAR failed to unpack each other ZIP archives encrypted with non-English passwords. Upcoming WinRAR 5.60 and this RAR version fix it. "Names encoding" in Android version settings is used as ZIP password encoding when extracting if default UTF-8 fails.
2. Advertising parameters are requested for EU users on the first run and can be changed in settings to meet EU regulations.
