With the Authenticator app, you can use either OTP credentials or additional cloud based MFA for authentication /n• SecurID software OTP Credential generate one-time passwords that provide more reliable security than reusable passwords. /n• Approve (push notifications) prompts you to authenticate by tapping a button on your registered device./n• Biometrics methods allow you to authenticate with the biometrics available on your device. /n• QR code method allows you to authenticate by scanning a QR code provided by the authentication interface/n /nSimple, fast, and all within the same app!/n /nNote: Your company must be an RSA customer to use this app. Please contact your Help Desk Administrator if you did not receive the information required to register your device./nThe RSA Authenticator app is an update to the existing SecurID 4.x app and a replacement for SecurID Authenticate 3.9.x app.
