FUNCTIONS

• Secure message channel through secure login
• Submit applications, bills & sick leave (e.g. child sickness benefit)
• Fill out questionnaires online (e.g. family insurance check, accident questionnaire)
• Digitize your vaccination book and get reminders of refreshments
• Change address & bank details
• Order membership certificates & health insurance certificates or download them directly
• Order a health card

SAFETY

As a health insurance company, we are obliged to protect your personal data in a special way. With the online branch we offer you a secure communication channel. Part of the security concept is that after registration you will receive your access data in a letter to the address known to us. We also work with a mobile TAN procedure. Each time you register, you will receive a security code via SMS on your mobile phone, which you will have to enter in the further process. NOTE: The use of the Meine R + V BKK app is not possible with rooted devices for security reasons.
