Sally™ is a multi-award winning virtual concierge, facilities management and security service that can be fully customised for any building. Sally™ uses the latest technology to provide instantaneous communication with residents and stakeholders via the easy to use Sally™ App. The App solves many of the challenges of medium and high density living and provides a wide range of services including maintenance requests and reporting, centralised facilities bookings, coordinating move ins / move outs and delivery notifications. Building information and documentation can be easily accessed via the App, including building policies and procedures, owners corporation rules and regulations, notices, forms, meeting minutes, electronic leases, certificates of currency, insurance forms, subdivision and other building plans and communication. The Sally™ App allows owners, tenants and all stakeholders such as building managers, property managers, strata managers, maintenance staff and strata committees to communicate and interact seamlessly.
