Shape Up - your training language in sign language!

Shape Up is a training program for those who want to be stronger, developed and inspired in your daily workout by getting complete training programs in sign language both in Swedish and internationally. Swedish and English text is available for those who want to read how the exercises are going on.

What's unique with Shape Up is that it includes people globally through the different languages ​​we offer!

You will be in the app to meet Cissi Ferm, multiple SM champions in basketball, multiplayer championships, World Cup and Deaflympics winners in basketball with the Swedish Deaf Landslag, nominated for the world's best dancers twice a year by the International Dörotrottsförbundet and participants in the championship champion 2017. Cissi himself deaf is licensed personal trainer, Moveoo instructor, 3D instructor, PEOne instructor and expert on diet advice.

​ShapeUp has a feature "Stepcounter" to show the details of pedometer, for this it need integration with Google Fit app . User consent is requested for integration. Shapeup will capture data from Google Fit and show the details like "Total Steps", "distance Travelled" and "Calories".
