Clarabridge Inbox

Changes 1.4.1 : We originally created Crisis Plans to help Customer Service teams better prepare and manage crises: appoint ownership, add to-do lists, inform the entire team of what should be done and many more. We did however notice that many of our customers used Crisis Plans for a lot of other interesting use cases.

Therefore, we have renamed 'Crisis Plans' to 'Playbooks' in order to better reflect the powerful possibilities of their functionality.

The Clarabridge Inbox App is the perfect companion to your Clarabridge account. Please note that this app is available to all Clarabridge CX Social users excluding those on a free trial. CX Analytics Case Management users can also act upon cases and engage with customers through the app.

With the Clarabridge Inbox app, you can:
- Access your inbox from anywhere you take your mobile device
- Handle all interactions and directly engage with your customers right from the inbox
- See more details about specific mentions and view their history
- View the profile information of your influencers, prospects, and customers
- Publish and reply directly from your linked profiles, all from within the app
- Notify and inform all agents when a crisis plan has been activated
- CX Analytics Case Management users can handle case resolution and respond to customers via email directly from within the Inbox app.
