Changes On 2.19.69 : Bug fix for importing coordinates from URLs

Added csv import / export support for stored coordinates. Files are exported to CCPlus folder.

Added layer support for maps. You can import multiple csv files on to map as different layers and export active layers as csv file.

Add function to display layer details eg feature could, layer extents (bounding box)
