Gives the total cost and monthly payments required for a UK mortgage. No adverts

Changes 2.1 : Version 2.0 adds an 'Affordability' calculator giving the user the mortgage interest rate for a given available monthly payment budget.

Version 1.2 adds limited ability to save data from the results screens.

Version 1.1 changed text that stated 'APR' to 'Rate' since the application mathematics requires the latter rather than the former. Future versions may include more options, for example the ability to save calculations.

APK Description:

Variable AND fixed rate calculation supported. Gives you a quick but accurate idea of the total cost and monthly payments required for a UK mortgage(or other loan). Unlike many other calculators, this one supports fixed rate mortgages and check of mortgage affordability. No adverts or permissions required.

Three easy to use options are given from the main menu screen; standard repayment mortgage or fixed rate mortgage and 'Affordability' calculator. There are options to edit the mortgage size, the initial deposit, the Interest Rate and mortgage duration.

On each results page the calculated data on the screen can be saved and restored at any later time. Any new data saved overwrites the previously saved data.

There is also a US version of this app on the Android market.
