Changes 2.0 : V2.0 Adds 'Affordability' calculator : gives user indication of what mortgage interest rate & duration is affordable for a given salary

V1.1 adds limited ability to save data on each results screen. Data is saved to 2 text files. Later versions may improve upon this functionality.

APK Description:

Supports single rate AND adjustable rate calculation. This calculator gives you a quick but accurate idea of the total cost and monthly payments required for a US mortgage(or other loan). Unlike most other calculators, this one supports adjustable rate mortgages and has an 'Affordability' calculator.

Two easy to use options are given from the main menu screen; singe rate mortgage or adjustable rate(discount) mortgage. There are options to edit the mortgage size, the initial downpayment, the Interest Rate and mortgage duration.

There is now the option to save the calculated results to a text file. The results can be recalled at any later time. Note only one set of results can be stored at any time.

There is a UK version of this software on the Android market.
