At A Glance Widget for KWGT

Changes v13.0.0-release : - Significantly decreased app size
- At A Glance widget: fixed the widget when there are no events in calendar
- At A Glance widget: all elements are (again) resized so that the default scale can be 100 (and not some weird number)
- At A Glance & Search Widget: tapping weather now opens weather in Google App even without Tasker (thanks to Patrick)
