With the "Meine BKK24" app you can take pictures of sick reports and documents for reimbursement of osteopathy or professional teeth cleaning and send them to us.
You can also view and change your data, upload a photo for your insurance card or request a foreign health certificate.
You are also welcome to use the app to contact your BKK24 by message or phone - or to get rid of praise or criticism. If you would like to recommend us to others, the "Members recruit members" application with great bonuses is also available here.
Our services within the app are constantly being expanded.
SECURITY:
As your health insurance company, the security of your data is particularly important to us. Therefore, a two-stage registration process is used for this app. After the first registration you will receive an activation code by post. You can then log in at any time using two-way authentication (free code sent to your mobile phone via SMS). Note: Your access code to our online branch and to the "Meine BKK24" app are the same.
