With our service app, you have the opportunity to contact us at any time and anywhere using your smartphone, exchange documents and receive information. We offer the HEK service app in the basic and smart versions. With the smarthealth add-on, the smart version gives you additional access to your personal health data. Each version is free of charge and meets the highest security standards. The expansion of smarthealth to include the electronic patient record (ePA) is scheduled for January 1, 2021. Basic version: With basic you can use our range of services digitally. basic offers you the following functions quickly and free of charge: • Scan, upload and send documents • Scan the QR code and answer questionnaires online • Request insurance certificates • Health & prevention: health hotline, doctor's guide, appointment service • Contact: hotline, email, call back service, text and video chat • Emergency contacts at a glance • Information about our achievements and services • Social media news Smart version: With smart, you can use additional services digitally and get access to your personal data. Simply identify yourself via the app of our partner Nect in order to be able to use the following functions safely: • All basic functions included • Digital letter dispatch by the HEK • Personal mailbox • Easy exchange via our messenger • Check and change contact and bank details • Access to your insurance data: insurance times and remuneration data • Download general or student insurance certificate • Unlock smarthealth add-on Add-on smarthealth: With the smarthealth add-on, you can manage your health intelligently and on the move in the smart version. You always have access to your personal health data and medical information via your electronic health record (eGA). We currently offer you the following options: • View of doctor and dentist treatments with diagnoses and costs per quarter • Display of prescribed medication and digital medication plan • Digital vaccination overview and recommendation • Overview of preventive examinations including reminder service Upon request, you will receive all data directly from us.
