It includes workouts for different body parts like Abs , Chest , Arms , Legs , Wings etc. Separate programs are listed for Men and Women. This bodybuilding app also includes diet plans for men and women. Hence it is the Complete fitness trainer app and your personal coach.

All our exercises can be done without equipments or gym. Each workout is described in such a way that anyone can easily understand the style and method to do it properly. The app is divided into two sections, each containing seprate workout and diet plans for men and women. In general the app contains four sections.They are:

*Muscle gain workout program for men
*Men's Weight loss exercises and diet
*Women's Muscle gain workout routine
*Weight loss program for women

Each section gives emphasis to core workouts so that you can strengthen your core as it is helpful for the overall muscle growth and immunity of the body.Also remember to do warm up and stretching before every exercise so that your body is ready get toned up. Planks and abs workouts are ideal for bodybuilding and core strengthening. HIIT is another training program that helps you to lose fat faster and get lean muscle easily.Some of our exercises are :

As far as our diet plans are concerned, we provide a seven day diet chart as well as weekly routine for weight gain and weight loss.
