CS16Client is a standalone game which uses Xash3D FWGS engine

1. Now CS16Client Launcher checks engine availability and suggests to install it. (Google Play Store page where GP is working, and GitHub Releases page when GP is not available)
2. Fix hud_scale adjusting for very small screens.
3. Launcher design small changes.

To play it, make sure you followed these steps:
1) Installed Xash3D FWGS
2) Copied "valve" and "cstrike" folders from your Steam account to your Android device.
3) Installed CS16Client.
