・出張旅費精算
出張旅費の仮払申請と旅費精算申請が可能なメニューです。
仮払申請、旅費精算申請のそれぞれの申請内容は、『PCAクラウド 会計』の伝票データとして登録され、そのデータを『PCAクラウド 会計』の「仕訳伝票発行・チェックリスト」で承認することにより、ワークフローシステムとして利用することができます。承認状況を『PCAクラウド スマートデバイスオプション会計モジュール』で確認できます。
紙での申請と押印が必要な場合は、申請内容のPDFを経理担当者などにメール送信することで対応することができます。
旅費精算の申請データの伝票は、交通費、宿泊費、日当、雑費といった明細ごとに作成することができ、仮払申請データをもとに作成することもできます。
入力する内容の履歴参照、申請データと画像データの関連付け機能もあります。
