By December 1 this year, citizens must pay tax accruals for the previous period. It should be noted that when paying the transport tax 2021, the car tax accrued for the previous period is paid. Before the specified period, you can find out taxes by TIN only using nalog.ru or the taxpayer's personal account service. All other sources display expired taxes online.
The application will help:
• find taxes by TIN, receipt or document index;
• pay taxes, penalties and other tax debts;
• receive a payment receipt.
You can pay the tax on the receipt using the QR code of the receipt and the phone's camera, the application independently recognizes the necessary payment details.
The application is also great for paying off tax debts (any kind of it). Also, the application will help you deal with the taxes of the self-employed, individual entrepreneurs and even legal entities, this is possible thanks to the latest changes in legislation.
If there is a penalty, it is recommended to first pay the tax on which penalties are charged, while the amount of the paid debt is fixed on the date of payment.
This application is a unique universal application, your personal tax office, without visiting the IFTS and replaces your personal tax office. The application does not currently have a tax calculator, but even without it you can get comprehensive information on the tax on a car, land, apartment.
The QR scanner of the application will help you get information on the received receipt and pay using any cards, including Sberbank, VTB, Tinkoff, and there are no restrictions on card types: MIR, MasterCard, VISA, Electron and Maestro. Google Pay and Samsung Pay will be available in the near future. Also in the application there is a link to the application in which you can pay fines without commission.
Information about all payments made using the application is transmitted to the State Information System on State and Municipal Payments (GIS GMP). This helps to minimize the time for obtaining information on payment by the Federal Tax Service, which meets the requirements of legislation in the field of public services (Federal Law No. 210-FZ “On the organization and provision of state and municipal services”).
To avoid the accrual of interest for late payment (penalties), property, land, transport tax must be paid no later than December 1, 2021. In some situations, the Federal Tax Service has the right to impose a fine in the amount of 20-40% of the amount owed (Article 122 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation).
The obligation to pay tax is considered fulfilled by the taxpayer from the moment the payment is made, regardless of when the money actually arrives at the account of the Federal Tax Service. This usually happens within 7-10 business days. Thus, in the event of a debt, it is recommended to pay the tax first, and then the penalties, since the amount of the penalty is fixed on the date of repayment of the principal debt.
