Julian Date Conv Calendar 1.13

Changes On 1.13 : This version (1.13) adds:
- Fix for display issues since android 4.4.4
- Reworked week number display to fix bug seen in January,
- New preferences for week option mode, and touched day display.
- Added 4 new date formats
- Current date in the selected date format is now displayed in the app header ( android 4 and above)
