NDSD-1258 Remove Ability for Participant Role Users to Assign a N/A Status Value

Users can control whether mobile participants can assign N/A status value or not

Connected Operations Can Directly Launch a Session in Remote Access

The app will open to join the session without signing into Remote Access.
