* Added proxy setting and login to catalog definitions.
* Long press catalog name on the main list to edit it.
* Added a list of downloaded books, from where they can be easily opened for reading, or deleted. In the future this should be maybe enhanced with sorting by title, author and date added, and should have Search function. At this time it seems there is little interest in this plugin.
