Beta Updater for WhatsApp 3.1.5

Changes On 3.1.5 : - Say hello to Notifications! You will be now notified about new updates when you are not using the app.
- Added a floating button (FAB) really great! In addition, the styles have been updated to looks more Material, according with the redesign of WhatsApp.
- Want to remove the downloaded APK file? Now it is possible. Once you update you will be prompted to keep or delete the file.
- Some minor changes to settings and, of course... :happy_face: fixes some issues related to downloads :happy_face:
