Empire Deluxe Mobile Edition 1.031

Changes On 1.031 : Various Fixes for 1031. Thank you for your feedback:
-Tutorial/basic game reloads could cause problems
-Transports not loading units before move.....
-Saves failing due to memory capacity were happening silently.
-Removed blocking conflict in combat sounds play
-Removed occasional stuttering when AI player attacks
-Damaged Transports were loading to full capacity
-Added Highlight option for active unit (on by default)
-Fixed typos in manual
-Button sound Slider removed from Android
