aSQLiteManager 4.4

Changes On 4.4 : This is a major update much new functionality. All tested by the users of the donate version ;-)
Most important news:
Support editing of system databases on rooted phones
New file picker with: Sorting, filtering and favourite directories
CSV import export wizards that allows export of user selected fields
Explore bitmaps BLOBS (png, jpeg, gif87a or gif89a)
Filter now includes the "is null" and "is not null" operators
Editor can now be configured to use false/true or 0/1 for boolean values
