Agenda Fácil - Prefeitura SP 5.3

Schedule appointments and tests in municipal health network of São Paulo. Agenda Fácil is an application launched by the City of São Paulo and aims to facilitate the life of the citizen. With it you can: • Update your contact details; • View the results of the tests carried out in the municipal laboratories; • Make appointments at your basic health unit (UBS); • Check queued orders and schedule; • Make confirmation of pre-scheduled appointments and specialized exams; • Cancel or reschedule appointments; • View the results of the tests carried out in the laboratories of the municipal network. To register in Agenda Fácil, it is necessary to remove the authorizing code from the reference UBS, which will be used only for the first access. With this code, user information is validated, preventing fraud.
