Addressee verification • Activate recipient verification and the shipment for which the sender will enter your phone number or email will be automatically added to the list of watched shipments. • Activation is fast, just enter the verification code sent to your email or phone number. Package tracking • Add shipments by entering a shipping number or by scanning a shipment number barcode, e.g. z Notification of deposit (yellow card) and find out how many days remain at the post office until the deposit is finished. • The application displays all available shipment information transparently. Follow the movement of domestic and foreign shipments delivered by the Slovak Post. Change the saving or delivery of shipments • Forward the shipment to another post office, to the BOXPack or to another address directly from the shipment detail. • Increase the storage time or change the delivery date (available based on shipment status and characteristics). Reports • Receive reports that your shipment status has changed, that you have finished saving in the mail or in the BOX Package. • Enable location-based reporting, and the application notifies you if you are near a post office or a BOXPack where your shipments are stored. Overview of post offices • Find the nearest mails based on your current location, address, hours, or services provided. • Get information about current hours or temporary changes. Serial list and people in line • See how many people are waiting in line for each service. • Create a ranking card directly in the application before visiting the mail for faster equipment (available for mails with the calling system). accessibility • The app supports your text size settings on your phone. .
